Our Philosophies

 

Our goal is to teach kindness, respect for others, self esteem, and kindergarten readiness in a fun, loving, safe environment.

Preschool is a time to prepare for kindergarten both socially and academically. This is a process that occurs over the first years from waiting your turn, sharing, pretend play, following directions to ABC's and 1,2,3's.
 

Group Fun

 
We love to read!
 When children are playing with others they have the opportunity to be leaders, take turns and share, and develop imagination. Through game playing, large and small muscle development occurs, needed for writing, balance, etc. It also teaches how to have good sportsmanship. Through arts n' crafts self esteem is developed and the excitement of sharing their accomplishments is evident.
There is a monthly newsletter distributed to share theme ideas and encourage parent involvement. Communication is very important.
Holiday Fun
 Learning occurs through fun activities more efficiently then through drills. Keeping the children interested is very important. Through singing, story time, fun theme activities and circle time learning is fun.
