My Philosophies

My philosophy in
raising children is simple; I am a support
to parents in need of child care services. I support parents
in raising their children to be honest and have integrity. I
assist children in learning and continuing their education
and to be polite and respectful to ALL. I believe that
children learn best through play and in conjunction with
teaching a structured curriculum, I give them the
opportunity to learn through play
and expression; with the goal of learning to problem solve
and explore new thoughts, ideas by the use of their
imagination and creativity. |

I have
five years experience in the child care industry. I
am studying in Early Childhood Education and Child
Development at American River College and I take
on-going child care and parenting courses through Child
Action, Inc. I am a also a Human Services major, full-time at the
University of Phoenix. |
